Apply the cream as needed on clean, dry skin in a circular, even motion until completely absorbed.

Make sure that all the desired areas are well covered.

Wash hands thoroughly after use.

Contact with water should be avoided for 5-8 hours after use.

You can repeat the application 2-3 times a week to preserve and strengthen the tan.
